How to Delete Your Account

If you created an account (via Google or Apple log-in) to sync your data, you can request full deletion of your account and all associated data from our systems.

To request account deletion:

Note: Since your wellness data is primarily stored on-device, you should also delete the application from your iPhone or iPad to completely clear local data.
