How to Delete Your Account
If you created an account to sync your data, you can request full deletion.
- Send an email to support@vi8.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- Please send the request from the email address associated with your vi8 account.
- We will securely purge all your identity data within 7 business days.
Since your wellness data is primarily stored on-device, you should also delete the application to completely clear local data.
